π¨βπ³ On October 2nd, we inaugurated the new show cooking room at Menz&Gasser: a space designed to combine our history and traditions with our constant desire to look forward and innovate.
The room has been meticulously designed to create an environment that can best welcome clients and visitors, while also serving as a place to experiment with new uses for our products, both sweet and savoury.
π° Thatβs exactly what our talented pastry chef Loris Oss Emer did at the opening. In the presence of our CEO Matthias Gasser and many colleagues, he crafted exquisite treats that delighted all our guestsβ taste buds.
