Menz&Gasser is racing ahead with its sustainability vision – on two wheels, too. For on Saturday 23 March at the BLM Group Arena, Trento, after the Trentino Volley training session, the company handed over 54 e-bikes to employees as part of an initiative to promote sustainable transport. Also in attendance were representatives from Sportler – another project partner – and several players and staff members from Trentino Volley, which Menz&Gasser has been proudly sponsoring for the last five seasons.
“Sustainable, even uphill”, the project theme, was also the message on the t-shirts that everybody wore during the official e-bike presentation. At Menz&Gasser, we practise what we preach: over the years, we’ve invested heavily in reducing the environmental impact of our operations, especially by generating clean, renewable, “zero-mile” energy.
And we’re redoubling our efforts to promote the kind of sustainable development that can enable the business to grow while taking care of the environment and the natural world around us.
