The partnership between Menz&Gasser and IFSE – the school of haute cuisine and confectionery based in Piobesi Torinese near Turin – goes from strength to strength. The school is both an international hub for studying and developing fine food products and a powerful voice spreading Italy’s food and wine culture throughout the world.
What better place, then, than this prestigious cookery school to shoot Menz&Gasser’s new catalogue of specialist confectionery products? Through our partnership, IFSE’s aspiring master confectioners can avail themselves of our jams and semi-processed confectionery products to fill and decorate their tempting creations.
