2019 has had a busy and encouraging start for Menz&Gasser, with our endeavours at Marca and SIGEP, key fairs in their respective sectors. These events have enabled us to show our ability to innovate and leverage our know-how for our customers.
Our partners are well aware of Menz&Gasser’s expertise in creating and packaging jams and preserves – which is why we used Marca to present our dedicated solutions for the private-label world for making savoury recipes in single portions: sauces, pestos and dressings.
SIGEP was an important opportunity to showcase our huge range of confectionery products to a specialist audience. We conceived the stand as a pop-up bakery and pastry shop, a place to welcome and interact with visitors, to share and excite. And our special guest, master confectioner Giorgio Bolzani, helped us do just that. He used Menz&Gasser preparations in his inventive recipes, adding a fresh new twist to classic sweet treats from Italian tradition.
So what were the main innovations that we unveiled at SIGEP? None other than:
- an exclusive presentation of new product lines from the Novagel range: Novagel ICY COLD, a ready-to-use gelatine paste that does not need preheating, and Novagel NEUTRAL SPRAY, gelatine specifically developed for use with hot gelatine spray machines;
- a restyling of our Toppings range with new labels with a vivid, colourful design for a fresh, contemporary feel; the bottle and cap are also 100% recyclable.
