The wait is over! SIAL Paris, the world’s largest food innovation fair, returns after a 2-year, and Menz&Gasser will be there once again this year.
The previous edition attracted over 7,000 exhibitors (85% from abroad) and 155,700 visitors from 194 countries. The organisers are aiming to beat even these impressive numbers this year, with a packed programme and an array of important innovations to show from 21 to 25 October.
SIAL Innovation, the event that puts the spotlight on world food trends, is on the agenda again, with 2,500+ of the very latest innovative products presented by exhibitors in Paris. And the new Alternative Food sector will be launched, where visitors can explore an ample selection of organic, eco-friendly and sustainable products. And that’s not all.
