Menz&Gasser at Südback: quality and sustainability, the recipe for confectionery success

From today until 24 September, Menz&Gasser will be there at Südback, the international confectionery and bakery products fair that attracts over 700 exhibitors and crowds of industry professionals to Stuttgart every two years.

At this edition, Menz&Gasser is presenting our quality products for confectioners at a brand-new stand, revamped to showcase three of our stand-out strengths: our links with the Trentino–Alto Adige region; our commitment to sustainable, eco-friendly growth; and our constant quest for quality through the meticulous efforts and in-depth experience of our dedicated R&D labs.
