On the road to sustainability, every little step is important.That’s why at Menz&Gasser we’ve decided to replace the vending machines at our premises with a view to reducing our environmental impact.
A water bottle causes as much CO2emission as a 1-km car journey, so we’ve opted to slash the amount of space provided for bottled drinks machines while bringing in water coolers and giving each staff member a steel thermal flask to re-use again and again.
And in doing so, we expect to save over 2,500 plastic bottles a month – that’s about 30,000 every year.
