PORK FILLET WITH ORANGE SAUCE AND CRUMBLED BACON
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Recipe for 2 people
Ingredients:
- 2-3 slices of pork fillet
- 1/2 small golden onion
- 2 tablespoons of orange jam Menz&Gasser
- chopped bacon
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- rosemary
Directions:
Fry the chopped onion in a pan with a little ‘extra virgin olive oil; when cold, add some water and complete its cooking; remove the onion from the pan without throwing the cooking water; put the onion in a mixer with two tablespoons of orange jam and two tablespoons of cooking water; mix until you have a good sauce.
Cook the bacon, then chop it.
Cook the meat in a hot pan, salt it and lay it on the orange sauce; sprinkle with crumbled bacon and rosemary.
