Yesterday was the World Consumer Rights Day. An important moment that dates back to 1962, when President John F. Kennedy decided to take the first steps towards a more equal and fair economy.
This date is remembered with celebratory events all over the world, characterised by respect for one’s neighbour, the environment, and the fight against social injustice.
This year will be different, in view of the crisis that we are currently experiencing: fewer events will be planned by various organisations. But we still want to give this day the prominence it deserves – at least digitally – and pay attention to these important topics that are so in line with our values: transparent information, safe and certified control systems, and products that are authentic, good, and – in particular – sustainable.
The needs of our consumers are close to our heart, and every day we strive to guarantee increasingly conscious consumption.
